Police seek public's help in finding carjacking victim

New Orleans police are asking for the public’s help in finding 17-year-old Christopher Evans, who was reported missing after he was carjacked about 2:30 a.m. today at the intersection of Pauger and Sumpter Streets, according to Ofc. Garry Flot, police spokesman. KEEP READING
