New Orleans police are asking for the public’s help in finding 17-year-old Christopher Evans, who was reported missing after he was carjacked about 2:30 a.m. today at the intersection of Pauger and Sumpter Streets, according to Ofc. Garry Flot, police spokesman. KEEP READING

A 19-year-old man was shot and killed after he allegedly stole a car parked outside a Lafayette convenience store Sunday.
